do NOT keep any pirated or burned CDs, DVDs, or VCDs in your car.
Read below on information on crackdowns....
This is true - apparently there was a roadblock along Sprint last week.
Motorists were stopped, cars were checked for pirated CDs & DVDs.
Here's a tip however -
it seems that cops don't have the authority to check your handbag.
So if necessary, that's where you toss the contraband!

Police and Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs Ministry's
Enforcement Division have started
Operations to search + FINE anyone
who keep pirated disc inside their car
especially thro' road blocks at
all main road and expressways.
If any pirated or burned disc
found inside your car
will be charged RM400 per disc
e.g 30 discs found = fine will be RM12,000.

Remove ALL pirated or burned CDs, DVDs, or VCDs from your car IMMEDIATELY !!!!
